Duet Equipment Pilates … $45/person

*Duet sessions are available upon request.  Each participant is recommended to attend 5 privates sessions prior to the start of the duets.  

Small Group Mat Pilates & Fitness … $25/person

*Small group mat sessions are available for pre-arranged groups of 3-4 individuals.

Culinary Nutrition & Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Cooking healthy; recipes; workshops. Contact for details.

*All Pilates sessions are 55 minutes and by appointment only.

*We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you miss your session without canceling within 24 hours, you will be held responsible for paying the full fee.
